How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your SubMeow account using either of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the SubMeow app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Profile
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@submeow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account information — your email address, display name, and profile picture
• Subscription data — all tracked subscriptions, payment amounts, billing cycles, and notes
• Reminders — all scheduled renewal reminders and notifications
• Achievements — your earned achievements and streak history
• Settings — app preferences, theme selections, currency, and language settings
• Sync data — all cloud-synced data and pending sync queue

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is immediate. Once confirmed, your data is permanently deleted from our servers with no retention period. This action cannot be undone.

Locally cached data on your device is also cleared upon deletion. If you have previously exported your data, those exports will remain on your device.

Important Notes

• If you have an active premium subscription through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your SubMeow account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your app store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
• Once deleted, you can create a new account with the same email address, but your previous data cannot be recovered.
