Where We Store Your Data
SubMeow uses Supabase as our backend infrastructure provider. Your data is stored in Supabase's EU data center (eu-west-1 region), ensuring compliance with European data protection standards.
Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data:
- Encryption at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher
- Row-Level Security: Database-level access controls ensure you can only access your own data
- Secure authentication: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt; we support OAuth via Google and Apple
- Regular security audits: We regularly review and update our security practices
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

SubMeow integrates with the following third-party services:
Supabase

Google Analytics

Google Play / Apple App Store
If you purchase a SubMeow Premium subscription, the payment is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. The respective platform's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You can also view and export your subscription data directly from the app at any time.
Right to Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Right to Export
You can export your subscription data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) directly from the app, ensuring data portability.
Right to Correction
You can update or correct your personal information at any time through your account settings in the app.
Right to Object
You can opt out of non-essential communications and analytics tracking. Essential service communications (such as security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
